Chinese Premier, Wen Jiabao said China will also work closely with Pakistan to improve infrastructure, including roads and power plants.
Wen said Beijing would help Pakistan "put a strong new basis for achieving a stable and sustainable development."
During a visit to Pakistan, Wen Jiabao also signed an agreement for $ 20 billion dollars in the energy sector, transport and construction.
The main focus of Wen Jiabao visit to Pakistan is to increase trade and investment.
Friendship center
Pakistan considers China as the closest ally and a number of agreements with China is very important to Islamabad.
"We menadatangani 18 agreements worth $ 15 billion and we hope this agreement will continue to increase in coming years," said Sultan Ahmad Chawla, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce of Pakistan.
