Storms in the U.S. Dis-Hundreds of Flights


Delta Air Lines has canceled about 500 flights on Christmas Day. Similar steps were taken a number of other U.S. airlines because of the threat of a storm that will hit the East Coast of the country.

Morgant Durrant, a spokesman for Delta said the airline has canceled about 300 flights to and from Atlanta, and 200 flights in other cities across the United States.
